6 Week Training Program and Meal Plan
Designed for those looking to kickstart their fitness journey, aren't sure where to start, or simply just need some guidance and structure when it comes to working out and eating right!
- 4 day split training program with a combination of HIIT, Circuit and Resistance training for upper and lower body
- 2 days HIIT/Circuit, 2 days Resistance Training
- Exercises designed to burn fat, whilst toning and sculpting your body
- Warm ups and Booty Burner Glute activation (resistance band required)
- Training Program split into three progressive two week blocks ( 12 complete 45-60 minute workouts in total)
- Must have access to gym
- 24/7 Access to Private Facebook Support Group for any questions regarding workouts, exercises, correct technique etc.
- Designed to help shed fat, build/maintain lean muscle and keep you energized all day!
- Vegetarian/Vegan alternatives
- Professional Supplement Guide and recommendations
